1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Invii, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on Invii. Usernames must be unique and adhere to community guidelines.
3. Community Guidelines & User Conduct
You agree to use Invii responsibly:
- Respect fellow members and maintain civil, constructive discourse.
- Submit honest verification proofs and check-ins for shared journeys.
- Do not harass, impersonate, stalk, or threaten any user.
- Do not manipulate journey streaks, badges, or referral systems through fraudulent means.
- Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or malicious software or content.
4. Child Safety Standards & Zero-Tolerance CSAE Policy
Invii enforces strict, absolute zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Users are strictly prohibited from producing, uploading, transmitting, soliciting, facilitating, or storing any content involving the sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, sextortion, or endangerment of children or minors under 18 years of age.
Any violation results in immediate, permanent account termination, device blacklisting, digital evidence preservation, and mandatory criminal referral to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and law enforcement authorities worldwide. To report child safety concerns directly to our designated team, email child-safety@inviiapp.com (monitored 24/7) or use the in-app reporting mechanism.
5. Shared Journeys & Accountability Rules
Shared Journeys are collaborative goal-tracking environments. By joining or creating a Journey:
- You agree to participate in good faith according to the Journey's rules and check-in cadence.
- You understand that your check-in proofs and streak status are visible to co-members in the journey.
- Journey creators retain moderation rights within their created journey rooms.
6. Ephemeral Loops & Content Ownership
Loops automatically expire after 24 hours. You retain all ownership rights to content you post on Invii. By posting content, you grant Invii a non-exclusive license to store, format, and display your content to your intended audiences within the platform.
7. Subscriptions & Invii+
Invii offers optional premium subscriptions (Invii+). Billing, recurring renewals, and cancellations are managed directly and securely through your device's official app store (Google Play Store / Apple App Store).
8. Limitation of Liability
Invii is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use.
