Invii is committed to providing a safe, trusted, and healthy environment for all users. We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward any behavior, communication, or content that exploits, endangers, or harms children.

This document details our published standards explicitly prohibiting Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), outlines our prevention and detection protocols, provides dedicated contact points for child safety reports, and describes our mandatory coordination with law enforcement agencies and specialized child protection clearinghouses.

Absolute Zero Tolerance for CSAE

Invii strictly and unequivocally prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) across every surface of our platform. Any violation results in immediate, permanent account termination, permanent device blacklisting, immediate deletion of content, and mandatory criminal referral to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.

1. Explicitly Prohibited Conduct

Under no circumstances may any user produce, store, solicit, upload, transmit, link to, or facilitate any of the following on Invii:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Visual depictions, photographs, digital art, AI-generated imagery, animations, or videos that display or depict sexually explicit conduct involving a minor (any person under 18 years of age).
  • Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE): Any activity involving the sexual exploitation, abuse, trafficking, coercion, or sexualization of children.
  • Child Grooming & Predatory Communication: Any attempt to establish an inappropriate relationship, gain the trust of, solicit sexual conversations or imagery from, or arrange meetings with a minor for sexual or exploitative purposes.
  • Sextortion of Minors: Threatening to expose real, fabricated, or AI-generated images or sensitive information of a minor for coercion, payment, or further illicit material.
  • Facilitation or Promotion: Sharing links, search terms, codes, or contact methods designed to distribute or acquire CSAE material or facilitate access to child sexual abuse.

2. Age Eligibility & Underage Account Protections

Invii requires all users to be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in their country of residence). Accounts determined to belong to individuals under the minimum age without authorized parental consent are promptly suspended and purged.

Our platform defaults to strict privacy settings for young users, restricting unsolicited direct contact, preventing discovery in public search directories, and safeguarding location sharing features to user-approved circles only.

3. Detection, Enforcement, & Content Moderation

Invii employs proactive and reactive systems to identify and address child safety violations:

  • Automated Screening & Hash Matching: Media uploaded to the platform is screened against industry-standard perceptual hashes and safety filters to prevent known CSAM from being shared or stored.
  • In-App Reporting: Every profile, moment, journey check-in, comment, voice room, and message provides a 1-tap "Report" action where users can select "Child Safety Violation / CSAE".
  • Immediate Triage & Escalation: All reports flagged under child safety are prioritized above standard moderation tickets and reviewed immediately by our Trust & Safety team.
  • Preservation & Removal: Content identified as CSAE is immediately removed from public view, access is severed, and digital evidence is securely isolated for submission to law enforcement.

4. Mandatory Legal Reporting to NCMEC & Law Enforcement

In accordance with federal and international obligations, including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, Invii promptly files reports of known or suspected Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation to:

  • National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC): Official reports are submitted via the NCMEC CyberTipline, providing relevant IP addresses, account identifiers, upload timestamps, and contextual data.
  • INHOPE & International Clearinghouses: For international incidents, reports are routed to competent national law enforcement agencies and partner hotlines through established legal channels.
  • Law Enforcement Subpoenas & Emergency Requests: We cooperate fully with valid legal process and expedited emergency disclosures where imminent physical harm to a child is suspected.
